The Mildenhall ‘KJM/Manchetts’ Fen Tigers representation in the Eastbourne round of the U21 could set a new record in the competition with no less than SIX of their 2018 team in the line up. The new Fen Tigers No1 Josh Bailey is joined by his club captain Jordan Jenkins, Sam Bebee, Drew Kemp and Ryan Kinsley, with Matt Marson currently in one of the two reserve berths. There is bound to plenty of Fen Tigers supporters heading south to see their Young Guns in action in this prestigious event ahead of their first National Trophy fixture the following day when the Isle of Wight visit West Row.

Club promoter Kevin Jolly said, “For me this is what speedway is about at our level, developing young riders of the future. It is an honour for the club to have such a strong representation in what is a very important competition alongside the British U19 Championship. It also is a clear statement of what Mildenhall Speedway is looking to do, we have a local based side of mainly young riders who are desperate to make a name for themselves in the sport and meetings like these are important steps in their development.

With the season fast approaching the excitement and anticipation is ramping up and we are ready to go, it promises to be an exciting ride for us and the supporters this year and we cannot wait to get started!’
